    Field Trip 1

      Preparation

       Review my notes on fact finding [ a2.html ]

      Review what you already know about the organization.

      Make list of questions you need to ask.

      Bring a copy of one of your questions and hand them to me so I can record your presence and readiness to participate.

      Meeting

      1. Be on time!
      2. Meet as usual and walk to the Help Desk.
      3. Tour of Data Center and Help Desk.
      4. Take notes!
      5. Make sure you get any handouts.

      After a meeting

       Return to the class room and write up your notes before your memory fades.

      Field Trip Reports

       Afterwards write up what you have learned. I figure 2 or 3 pages (max) should do it.

      Any readable format is OK... . Bring it to the next class meeting.
